The company was founded in 1993 as a spin-off company of Kharkov Polytechnic Institute by a Prof. Michael Soloshchuk. Prof. Soloshchuk is the main stakeholder and president of the company. They have built the high quality workflow in the field of software projects development by combining modern methodologies and our own solid experience.

Institute is oriented on enterprise standards and technologies. They use technologies of IBM, SUN, Microsoft, Oracle and other IT leading companies. INSART is an IBM Corp. business partner for about 10 years in business and academic fields. The main partners are IBM offices in Central Europe (Germany) and Russia (Moscow).
