Ukraine offers highly skilled IT specialists at a low cost for companies looking to develop projects within Europe. But while the honesty of its people appears to be a key selling point, problems of corruption and the possibility of social unrest remain.

According to marketers, nowadays the leaders of outsourcing services are India, China, Israel, Canada and Russia. When global demand for such services is estimated at about 60 billion US dollars, only 500 million falls to the share of our country. However, Ukraine has a decent potential for boosting its positions. Understanding how to actually make it a reality was the aim of the participant of an international conference – Ukrainian Outsourcing Forum 2006.

The third Ukrainian Outsourcing Forum 2006 was held in Kiev. Te event was dedicated to developing outsourcing services in our country.
