Ukraine's Hi-Tech Initiative was presented at the CeBIT 2003 expo in Hannover, Germany, the company FinPort reported.

The Hi-Tech Initiative is an association of specialists who work in hi-tech branches, in particular, software programmers, and is meant for promoting Ukrainian software products on western markets.
