The objective of UOF ‘2007 was the presentation of outsourcing software development services potential of Ukraine and other Central & Eastern European countries, thereby, attraction of new customers for software development services. Ukrainian Outsourcing Forum became to be a place for discussing the issues of offshore outsourcing software development, to share experience, to meet future partners, hold business meetings, etc.

The Ukrainian Outsourcing Forum is being organized annually since 2003 by Ukrainian Hi-Tech Initiative – a leading alliance of Ukrainian offshore software development companies, and marketing communications agency “PR Kvadrat”.

Within the Forum there was held the Conference, mainly aimed to get a whole overview of the potential of Ukraine as the undoubtedly most attractive outsourcing destination in Eastern Europe.
