Ukrainian software company, which is member of “Ukrainian Hi-Tech Initiative” is searching for a company-partner i) which is interested in its technological potential in Ukraine, representative office in the USA and its important client in the USA (the company is enrolled in Fortune 500 list) and ii) which will be able to purchase part of Ukrainian company and include it in its enterprise.

By merging the Ukrainian company and its investor the company intends to meet US client’s requirements regarding size of companies-agents. Besides performance of current projects the client needs to increase volume of implemented offshore IT projects. This enables the united company to claim considerable part of these projects.

On the company’s consent all potential investors are supposed to first contact representatives of “Ukrainian Hi-Tech Initiative” for preliminary issues.
