Infopulse was selected to be an outsourcing partner of the American company with marketing and human resources assistance of Ukrainian Hi-Tech Initiative. 

The Partner selection Project took off in June 2004. As an initial step, Initiative presented to the customer 4 Ukrainian companies that met the requirements to the partner:

• Experience in implementation of outsourcing projects
• Experience in handling and development of embedded systems
• Experience in working by Offshore Development Center (ODC) Model

After top management of companies-candidates was interviewed by the American side representative, two finalists were selected. Second stage of the screening involved interviewing personnel picked to work on outsourcing projects. Third stage consisted in checking the references from current and pervious customers of the companies.

Infopulse went through all stages of the selection with considerable advantage and was announced a partner for offshore outsourcing projects for an American company.
